Terms of Service

Pre-orders

All Capsule 01 items are offered by pre-order. Placing an order secures your piece from the limited release; it is then finished for you.

Pricing and currency

Prices shown in EUR and GBP are estimates for reference. Payment is taken in the currency shown at checkout.

Shipping

Each piece is finished to order and ships within 7–10 business days. If a limited release sells out, orders are handled in the order they were placed, with priority for Vault members.

Returns

Unopened pieces in their sealed pouch may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened hosiery cannot be returned unless faulty.
